Apparel Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
While we do understand that life happens, we don’t offer general refunds, returns, or size exchanges for apparel items. Please be sure that what you order is what you are looking for and need, as each product is prepared and printed on-demand. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, on the apparel main page and in the product pages.
Returns or refunds are only offered to customers that receive misprinted/damaged/defective items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt. We require photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
As mentioned above, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Standard fulfillment and print time is 2-7 business days, this does not include shipping times. Shipping time itself usually takes between 5-14 days depending on demand and time of year. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notification with shipping information.
