UEI DL389 Multimeter Review: Testing each function of the Multimeter!

This is a review on the UEI DL389 multimeter and I will go over checking all of the functions: AC Voltage, AC Frequency, DC Voltage, Resistance, Continuity, Capacitance, Current, Temperature, and Noncontact Voltage. This tool should be respected and used very carefully by only those that have had experience under an expert for a good amount of time using it safely. For those that have the proper experience, I must say that this multimeter is wonderful. My first UEI Multimeter lasted a day in and day out for 10 years and then it was only the temperature that started going. I have had this particular version for at least 5 years now.
