Ridiculous HVAC Service Call! There were 7 Things Wrong at this one House with Two HVAC Units! This video was from a Preventative Maintenance Service Call where I found a Bad TXV, a Broken Condensate Pump, a clogged condensate trap, a Condensate line Clogged and Buried in the dirt, Two Solid Clogged Filters, the other unit's Condensate clear poly tubing running under Golf Carts on the garage floor and out under the Garage Door, A Electrical Disconnect with some electrical tape covering a big hole in the top and the door off the front, Schrader port missing the cap, a Condensate line for a furnace was outside for ten feet, and a Filter dryer half in the dirt, all at one house.
