Brazing Copper Tubing to HVAC Service Valves with an Oxy-Acetylene Cap N Hook Torch Tip!

In this HVAC Installation Training Video, I show How to Braze Copper Tubing to Air Conditioner Service Valves with a Cap'N Hook Oxy Acetylene Torch Tip and 15% Silver Brazing Rods. When Brazing Line Set to Service Valves, Always Make Sure to Flow Nitrogen to Avoid Creating Oxidation Flakes within the Tubing. Make sure to Remove the Valve Cores on an Empty System before Brazing and try to Keep the Valves as Cool as Possible. Flashback arrestors can be added to the base of the handle where the hoses connect and at the tank regulators for added safety.
