Digital Product Sales Terms and Conditions

All customers must select that they have read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to making any purchase of a license for digital products, ebooks, powerpoints, pdf downloads and online content (each are referred to as the "Product"). All "Product" purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Copyright
All "Products" are subject to copyright protection. AC Service Tech LLC owns all rights to the "Product" and the content within the "Product". The purchase of a "Product" DOES NOT transfer any ownership of rights to the copyright of the “Product” and/or any content within the “Product”. Each "Product" license sold is for a single individual on a single device and is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferrable. Multi-use configurations or network distribution of the "Product" is expressly prohibited. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, post, sell, license, share and/or transfer the "Product/s" they purchase a license for to any third party or person in any way. The "Product" is for personal use by the individual purchaser only. The “Product” or any part of the “Product” must not be posted to social media or be used to generate revenue in any way without the prior written consent of AC Service Tech LLC. Customers must not modify, amend, adapt or combine the whole or any part of the product with any other software, source code, or documentation other than with the written consent of AC Service Tech LLC. You agree to protect the "Product" from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution.
2. Payments
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed for the sale and supply of any "Products". No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by AC Service Tech LLC.
Any transaction for the purchase of a "Product" license is made through payment gateways such as Wix or PayPal that use SSL encryption for safety and security of credit cards, debit cards, and accounts. Your payment details are handled over SSL encryption and are not stored after this process. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
3. Transfer
In case you are not redirected back to our website after purchase or you do not receive the download link of the product of your purchase, you can contact us with your transaction details at info@acsaervicetech.com. We will email your product details and a remedy as soon as possible.
4. Return Policy
As all of our products are digital, they are deemed "used" after download or opening and we cannot accept any request for refunds. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with the "Product". All "Product" license purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Additional Information
AC Service Tech LLC reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, product content, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice.
6. Privacy Policy
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it.
The email you provide us is stored by AC Service Tech LLC and is used for communication regarding your order and for future offers and updates. Your privacy is important to us and your email will not be

The "Product" is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied including without limitations, accuracy, omissions, completeness or implied warranties or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose or other incidental damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the "Product".
You acknowledge that the use of the "Product" is entirely at your own risk. This agreement is governed by New Jersey Law within the United States of America. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

In the case that you are unsatisfied with the "Product", there is a twenty day money back guarantee on all purchases of physical "Products". Please contact us at info@acservicetech.com with any concerns of dissatisfaction. The postage for any returns must be paid for by the customer. As long as the "product" is received back without defect, the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs will be returned to you after providing us with your payment information.
