The shipment time on t-shirts and polos is typically between 5 to 12 business days. This does not count print time, as each product is made to order. Please allow for additional time during holiday seasons. Additionally, all clothing is prepared and shipped directly from the clothing printer and embroiderer.

While we do understand that life happens, we don’t offer general refunds, returns, or size exchanges for apparel items. Please be sure that what you order is what you are looking for and need, as each product is prepared and printed on-demand. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—in the photos.

Returns or refunds are only offered to customers that receive misprinted/damaged/defective items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@acservicetech.com within 10 days of receipt.  We require photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
