Flaring Copper Tubing! Eccentric, Spin, Orbital Process & Block Kit!
In this HVAC Training Video, I show Step By Step How to Ream and Flare Copper Tubing with each Type of Flaring Tool. I Flare the Copper Tubing with the Standard Flare and Block Kit, Eccentric Flaring Tool, Spin Flaring Tool, and Deluxe Process Flaring Tool. I use the Mechanical Torque Wrench to Tighten the Flares to the Proper ft/lb Torque. I use the Round Reamer instead of the Stick Reamer and Unibit to Prepare the ACR (Air Conditioning Refrigeration) Soft Copper.
